The iABED Industries PQ35 Oil Cooler kit is designed to aid with the notorious oil cooling issues that plague the EA113 line of engines.
The OEM heat exchanger is inadequate in maintaining oil temperatures below 240°F (115°C). Tracking vehicles in extreme heat often experience oil temperatures rising above 275°F, causing drivers to back off to avoid permanent damage.
Our solution maintains oil temperature at 221°F (105°C) and can even go as low as 90°C if specified.
We proudly use and sell industry-leading components such as Mocal/Setrab for oil cooler cores, XRP for nylon braided lightweight hoses & fittings, and the finest Canadian T6061 for our machined components. For the EA113 engine, we use a 19-row oil cooler and a 115°C thermostat to maintain optimal oil temperature.
