The SEM Motorsport intake manifold is the finest performing intake manifold on the market today for the 1.8T 20V engine.

100% engineered, designed, and cast in Canada.
Constructed from A365-T6 Aluminum and heat treated.
3/16" uniform thick wall construction to facilitate strength, rigidity, and reliability.
Plenum features 3.0L of internal volume for increased flow capacity to supply enough volume for higher rev limits.
Tapered plenum design to supply equal flow distribution and improve transient boost response.
Shallow profile design to maintain a lower CG (center of gravity); will accommodate various 1.8T swaps.
Integrated V-stacks to induce optimum flow velocity throughout the rev range.
Large ID and calculated runner length to support higher peak HP.
Fuel injector bungs are designed and located to facilitate optimal port runner flow and optimal fuel atomization.
Cast as small port but designed to accommodate standard AEB port.
80mm TB-sized flange opening.
Bracket mount bosses for under-intake bracket assembly.
Vacuum port bosses and IAT boss are all located beneath the manifold for a clean aesthetic look.
Underside vacuum port drilled and tapped for supplied NPT fittings.

Please Note:

As standard, we use 80 x 80mm throttle body footprints and offer a wide array of throttle body options from as small as 60mm (OEM stock) to as large as 82mm (Porsche 997 Twin Turbo).
Each throttle body (except the 80mm Hemi) unit requires a custom machined 15mm thick adapter plate. All adapter plates come standard with metric stainless hardware and a 1/8" NPT port for water meth or an additional boost tap.
